wONDERING HOW IT WORKS?
jUST A FEW EASY STEPS…
-
Step 1 - pICK YOUR PIECE
Start by scrolling through our hand designed shop, where a variety of unique pieces await your discovery. Take your time to browse the collection, and let your intuition guide you. As you scroll, keep an eye out for the item that truly captures your attention and sparks your interest. Find the piece that jumps out at you and calls for a closer look!
-
Step 2 - Complete your order
Once you've found the piece that speaks to you, it's time to make it yours! Use the shop feature to place your order seamlessly. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive detailed "post purchase instructions" that will guide you through the next steps. These instructions will include the address to mail your materials!
-
Step 3 - Send your material
After placing your order, check your payment receipt for the post purchase instructions, which will guide you through mailing your materials. Once you’ve sent everything off, please allow 2-4 weeks for completion of your piece, plus additional shipping time. Each piece is hand-made, so I appreciate your patience during this process.
Once you place your order, your receipt will prompt you with instructions to mail your material!
Cant find your receipt? Double check your junk folder!
If you are unable to locate the necessary information or prefer to mail your materials before placing your order, that is perfectly fine!
Please keep in mind that if you choose to send your materials in advance, your order will be processed in numerical order, which may result in a longer processing time. Thank you for your understanding!
I highly recommend using a flat bubble mailer for shipping your package—the smaller the mailer, the more cost-effective it will be! While you can send your package with a regular stamp, many people prefer to opt for tracked shipping for added peace of mind.
If you have any questions or concerns during the process, please do not hesitate to reach out!
